My advisor from school called me the other day and told me they want me to be one of the stylists for some fashion show in February and possibly be a model for it also. She said i might be too small for the clothes(ha) but that i should go to the castings anyway! And i am. It never hurts to try right?

So i was sitting in Fido the other night sketching and this guy working there saw my stuff and told me to design him a stage outfit for his band haha. so here it is.

cut me some slack that's the first male design i've ever done :P
the pants would be black and grey leather of course and the jacket leather as well.

OH HAPPY DAY

so i had my interview at IADT this afternoon.

it went FANTASTIC! they loved me and i loved them :D

I'm pretty sure i'm going to go there in January, and then later on in life do beauty school if i still want to.

They told me they could put me in LONDON for a semester to study abroad. LOONNNDDOOONNNNN. i'm so happy right now i can't even put it into words.

Christian from project runway graduated from that school!

HOW ADORABLE WAS KENLEY'S COLLECTION. i was in love. these are a few of my favorites(i loved them all though ;)

And here's little ole' me :P

I like these two a lot. I did them based on a vase of flowers. You can't tell from the picture but the jumper is a purple and yellow-green floral. and the top and bottom of the dress is also floral.

I love this dress. the stripes are a dark grey and like a cream color. then the belt is bright orange and yellow. and those two lines on the front bodice are zippers. so cute!

I've got an interview on Monday at IADT for fashion design :)

Starting something new

Just some random sketches i did tonight at work. My first sketches ever actually! I just learned how to draw the gals today. I'm so excited to get practicing........ :D

the first two are just really aimless, and the three ones at the bottom go together. i just thought they were kinda dope. sorta futuristic. they're way brighter in person because i used highlighters. and a cell-phone camera haha so you can't see any of the details.
